The Robert Guy portal provides clients with the tools they need to oversee and analyse performance through our warehouse.

With API access to over 60 marketplaces as standard, it is easy to set-up and supercharge your customer offering. The system is also being continually upgraded and improved as new functionality is required.

Application of tech is carefully managed and Account Managers will support set-up and training for you and your team.

All Robert Guy clients are assigned an Account Manager. They are the point of contact for you and your team and will learn your business in order to best support and add value to your work.

They are an intermediary between you and stock in the warehouse. Please involve your AM during the planning stage of campaigns to take advantage of years of experience.

They will respond quickly and can call on the knowledge of the entire RG team. Use them to consult on delivery options, packaging and project management.

We started our fulfilment journey in 1948, packing UK manufactured goods into wooden chests for global export. That quickly expanded into logistics for marketing promotions in subsequent decades.

We receive your stock into our warehouse, check-in and stow.  Portal log-ins and API’s are set-up and tested.
