Royal Sailing Ships

Storing mythical creatures in London’s SE16
What - In 2010, after the launch of The Voyage of the Dawn Trader, the third film in this Disney epic Robert Guy had the privilege of storing some of the films most treasured props.
When, where and why - Working with a PR company on the release of the DVD, this enormous ship was stored with us. Picture an elaborate structure of a dragon’s body, 8 foot tall and 30 foot long ready to sail the seas of the promotional campaign…..just one that was collected from RG by a dedicated team and installed at events…

Just what was in the globally famous Nanny's bag?
What - Delivery of this historical bag to inhabitants across the UK’s Cherry Tree Lanes’.
When, where and why - To celebrate the 50th anniversary of this 5 times academy award winning film Robert Guy carefully packaged 23 bottomless magical bags and hand delivered them to every ‘17 Cherry Tree Lane’ across the nation. Packaging and delivery was deemed to be “practically perfect in every way”!

Aliens have landed

The origins of mankind
What - One of the top grossing films of 2012, and a sequel to the most famous sci-fi film of all time lunched its promotional trail with the help of Robert Guy. A huge character head entered RG with a chilling ambiance.
When, where and why - Working with a PR company on the launch of this extraordinary sci-fi DVD, this major film set piece made its way to Robert Guy. Being 12 ft. tall and 6 ft. wide this enormous prop required special handling while stored here during a promotional tour of London. It certainly raised a few eyebrows in the warehouse!

What - Robert Guy supports caterers with serving assets in order to dispense product.
When, where and why - During the summer months we store and install assets and draught equipment at events across the country. From temporary mini-marquees to large bespoke installs, and premium festival offerings – to help support the promotion of the brand.

Rainbow Laces

What - To show support for LGBT sport fans and players we distributed rainbow laces to football, rugby clubs and retail outlets.
When, where and why - We worked with Stonewall help support campaigns for LGBT equality in sport. The campaign aims to kick homophobia and anti – LGBT behaviour out of sport and Robert Guy are proud to have been part of it, distributing hundreds of thousands of laces UK wide.

When, where and why - To commemorate the launch of this new product we packed and arranged hand delivery of these desirable one off sets to people selected by the brand ambassador.

Whisky Competitions

Worlds’ best whiskies battle it out
What - Malt whiskies sent to prestigious global competitions
When, where and why - To ensure the latest variants of their product are judged they entrust RG to select from storage the most recently bottled stock. This is denoted by a batch code found on each bottle which is then recorded in a database for the client so that they are able to track successful entries back to where and when they were bottled.

Whisky Trunk

What - Promotional malt whisky display trunk appearing at high end events
When, where and why - We arrange delivery and collection of this very large, heavy and delicate item on regular basis to promotional events. This involves specific transportation, security clearance for the delivery team and pre-delivery communication with venues to ensure access can be gained to position the trunk as requested by the client.

What - Working directly with a Hong Kong based FMCG company – producers of the worlds’ biggest selling oyster sauce - Robert Guy support various campaigns throughout the year sampling goods.
When, where and why - Ever thought “What can I cooked for dinner tonight?” Why not try something new? We mail out hundreds of thousands of letters and packets across the UK & Europe - procrastinate no more!

Future Galaxy's far away

Design your own resistance robot
What – To coincide with the biggest film launch in 2015 we delivered the newest member of the cast - acute but loyal robot, across the globe for celebrities and artists to personalise. 
When, where and why – From New York to London, Paris to San Francisco the chosen few manged to spare some of their valuable time in their busy schedules to personalise these iconic characters. Robert Guy were intrusted to deliver and collected these in time for a promotional lunch back in London.

Painted Pumpkins

Halloween is always a busy period for us and over the years we have been asked to do some strange things indeed….
What - Silver & blue spray-painted pumpkins & cauldrons, for a super-premium vodka brand. We spray-painted the pumpkins in good time for them to dry before delivery.
When, where and why - These were distributed to some of London’s coolest venues, delivered on time for extra brand positioning and seasonal relevance.
