Event and project management

We handle complex projects for numerous household name brands.  From year-long event install calendars to one-off experiential or sampling drops, we can apply our experience and logistical know how to squeeze the most out of your budget.

In the office our client servicing team will attend to your requirements and learn your WOW.  On-site our dedicated installation teams – trained in the construction of your stand/event kit/POS - will be your logistical presence at events.

We offer specific support and insight from a handling and logistics point of view and can oversee as much or as little of your work as required.

In recent years these skill sets have adapted and evolved – here are some of the current services we tailor for our clients;

  • RG tech teams install branded mobile bars across UK event sites. RG account handlers support POS logistics, reporting on ROI and managing quarterly budgets
  • Pop-up bar installs across London and SE on-trade outlets, maximising logistics budget via route planning and multi-drops to prove effective use of budget.
  • Calendar specific events; RG team specialise in delivering time sensitive bespoke parcels to synchronise delivery and generate social media coverage from key influencers.
